My place is on a busy side street thats very convenient to getting anywhere around town by bus, Lyft or Subway. Harris Teeter and Vietnamese restaurant less than a 5 minute Lyft/Uber ride. Potomac avenue metro is across the street from the Harris Teeter on Pennsylvania Avenue.

Porch, 2 bedrooms 1 California King Bed, 1 twin bed, & 2 couches. one is suitable for sleeping, the other is a recliner may be suitable for sleeping. Study Nook Access to spacious backyard. My place is located a short distance to Tennis courts, basketball courts, Skating pavilion, Jogging, bike trail right along the Anacostia River and waterfront park.
Other Details to Note
Its a transitioning neighborhood not your traditional touristy location. Historic Anacostia. 20 minute walk to Potomac Avenue Metro or take the bike share which is one block away. 2.4 Miles to the Nationals baseball Stadium! its a nice walk across the south capitol street bridge or just Rent a bike for only $2/30 minutes or a day pass for $8.

Bus line is one block away. Bike trail to Washington Nationals Baseball Stadium. 7 minutes by B2 bus to Historic Frederick Douglass House. 17 minute bus ride (30S bus) to the U.S. Capitol. only 8 minutes by car. 50 minutes walking.
