ik verbleef voor de tweede keer hier. de ligging is goed, redelijk centraal en er zijn bussen vlakbij. de keuken is prima in orde. als nog een keer naar Washington kom, is het zeker hier.

The place feels right like you're in your own home. The host was very responsive and accommodating to anything that we might need or want. The home was also very quiet which made it a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Great place, I can't recommend it enough.

Rosalyn is a very warm and considerate hostess. We can charge our electronic equipment in the bedroom very conveniently. The sitting room is elegantly furnished and we really feel home. The most enjoyable thing during our stay is that we’re able to cook dinner in a spacious and nice open kitchen. We definitely recommend Rosalyn’s house for any person seeking accommodation in Washington.

What a great stay! The room is clean and tidy, and the location is excellent. You can have the entire apartment to yourself. Rosalyn responded quickly and patiently solved our problems. It was a good decision to choose her house for our trip to Washington!

Rosalyn ist eine sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin. Sie ist außerdem sehr hilfsbereit (Sie hat mir sogar bei einem Problem mit der Post geholfen). Die Wohnung mit Schlafzimmer, Bad und Küche ist sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Das Haus, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, liegt nicht weit von den Bushaltestellen entfernt, sodass man unkompliziert ins Stadtzentrum gelangt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen!

Este anfitrión es muy simpático. Da un pregunta rápido y ella va a responder y ayudarle rápido. Cuando le pedí el calentador, lo encendió y me mostró otro dispositivo que podía agregar a mi habitación. Me encantaron las toalitas Clorox para mantener el área limpia. Este área está muy cerca de Metro/autobús para moverse por DC.

Rosalyn's Sunny and Spacious was a real treat to stay at during my time in DC. She was super helpful and responsive when it came to setting up the airbnb. So happy that she was able to take me in super last minute too. Would most definitely go to again on my next trip to DC :)
